• Manage end-to-end recruitment process • Lead and manage recruitment for full-time employees and freelancers • Handle employee relations and ensure compliance • Support performance management and appraisal processes • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures • Coordinate training and development programs • Maintain accurate HR documentation • Support employee engagement initiatives. • Assist with payroll processing and administrative HR functions.

🎯 Requirements

• 4-5 years of HR experience • Strong understanding of HR functions • Ability to manage operational tasks • Experience in hiring and managing freelancers • Prior experience in a translation services company is an advantage • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
