📋 Description

• Serve as the main point of contact for users and partners • Provide outstanding customer service through email, chat, phone, and social media • Handle priority situations with care • Contact users and stores proactively when necessary • Empower users and partners to maximize saved meals through proactive support and targeted retention efforts • Act as a brand ambassador and encourage sustainable customer behavior • Identify partner and consumer pain points proactively • Surface technical or operational issues to internal stakeholders globally • Report directly to the Customer Experience Team Lead

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in Customer Service or Account Management • Full written and verbal proficiency in French and English • Based in Scotland • Availability Saturday to Wednesday, 9 am to 6 pm • Comfortable working towards KPIs and performance targets • Strong communication skills • Experience working with CRMs such as Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot, or SAP • Team-oriented approach and ability to build positive relationships and resolve conflicts • Detail-oriented and able to stay focused through repetitive tasks • Marketplace, big platform, or food industry experience is a bonus • Submit CV and cover letter in English
