📋 Description

• Develop and execute sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth through distribution partners in the assigned region. • Manage relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication, training, and support to ensure their success in promoting and selling our products. • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach and increase sales. • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges and develop solutions to drive sales growth. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure effective product distribution and customer support. • Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and optimize distribution efforts. • Provide regular reporting to the CSU Management team on sales performance, market trends, and key metrics related to distribution sales. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Manage sales budgets and resources efficiently to optimize distribution sales performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field • 5+ years of proven experience in distribution sales, preferably in a leadership role • Strong background in distribution sales • Proven leadership skills • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners • Experience within the construction industry is ideal • Understanding of positioning solutions and machine control • Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software • Ability to travel within the assigned Countries as needed – at least 60% of working activity • Fluent English (both verbally and in written form) is required
