📋 Description

• Develop and lead relationship activities with consumer packaged goods companies focused on flexible packaging sales in North America • Lead and manage day-to-day account activities to deliver a superior customer experience • Establish relationships with customers across commercial, technical, operations, marketing, and supply chain functions • Prepare and execute customer account strategies • Provide strategic leadership to develop customer relationships, drive profitable growth, and deliver superior customer value • Identify mutual growth opportunities for TOPPAN and customers • Protect and build existing business positions • Drive new business opportunities aligned with TOPPAN’s platform capabilities and future opportunities • Develop key relationships across customer organizations and within TOPPAN • Understand customers’ business needs, strategies, markets, and competitive sets • Develop an understanding of TOPPAN’s competitors • Maintain compliance with corporate business-conduct standards and federal antitrust laws • Perform other similar and related duties as assigned

• Demonstrated experience leading and managing negotiations in large, complex accounts • Expert-level leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously • Strong business acumen and business strategy • High level of creativity and agility • Effective cross-functional leadership and influencing ability • Ability to execute account strategies and growth initiatives • Working knowledge of corporate business-conduct standards and federal antitrust laws
