• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of highly qualified candidates for a variety of roles. • Proactively source, identify and engage top-performing talent across global markets. • Conduct thorough candidate outreach and screening across multiple channels. • Design and coordinate customized interview processes that align with Toptal’s high hiring bar. • Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, guiding them through each stage of the interview process.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree is required. • 8+ years of proven success in recruitment, with at least part of that experience in-house. • Minimum of 4 years of executive recruiting experience, with a focus on hiring high-performing talent. • Experience recruiting from professional services environments, particularly candidates with a track record in enterprise-level, complex solution selling. • Experience hiring for roles that require P&L ownership and a strong understanding of business operations. • Experience partnering with Hiring Managers to strategically guide them through the end-to-end recruiting process. • A proactive talent hunter; you don’t wait for candidates to come to you. • Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills - you deliver a high-touch, high-quality experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
