📋 Description

• Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates for various roles within the company. • Utilize a variety of recruitment methods, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selecting candidates. • Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. • Coordinate and schedule interviews. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system. • Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Proven experience as a Talent Recruiter or similar role, with a track record of successfully sourcing and selecting qualified candidates. • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques. • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. • Demonstrated ability to effectively utilize recruitment tools and platforms, including job boards, social media, and applicant tracking systems. • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work environment.
