📋 Description

• Serve as product owner for the systems supporting Tradewater’s Supply team, managing configuration, enhancement requests, and user enablement. • Lead end-to-end project delivery—from requirements gathering and scoping through design, build, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. • Support in the management and maintenance of the Supply systems backlog, collaborating with T&I leadership along with Supply leadership to align work with business priorities. • Document and standardize Supply processes, developing clear, up-to-date process maps that align with system functionality and governance standards. • Configure and optimize existing platforms, reducing reliance on customization and ensuring long-term sustainability. • Analyze and troubleshoot workflow gaps, process bottlenecks, and system integrations to identify and implement scalable improvements. • Champion continuous improvement, leveraging automation and low-code capabilities to increase efficiency and reduce manual work.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas and 5-7 years of hands-on work experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or product ownership roles supporting operational or supply teams. • Must have professional-level experience with these primary systems & tools, including configuration, workflow design and data management: Caspio (preferred), Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects, SharePoint. • Strong background in requirements gathering, process mapping, and translating business needs into actionable system specifications. • Technical proficiency in SQL and JavaScript, with hands-on experience building logic, queries, and troubleshooting system issues. • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience collaborating across departments and organizational levels. • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects independently, balancing multiple priorities and delivering measurable results. • Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to iteratively design, develop, and deliver system enhancements. • Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and support to team members, with potential to take on people management responsibilities as the role evolves. • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
