📋 Description

• Own a set of features inside a product area while working with a Senior Product Manager • Prioritise features based on client needs, product data and commercial goals • Read regulations, API documentation and operational processes and develop a position for Senior PM review before Legal and Compliance review • Write detailed specifications covering client journeys, business rules, data, integrations and acceptance criteria • Carry decisions through delivery with Engineering, Design, Legal, Compliance and Operations • Take features through testing and launch • Run launched features through monitoring, client feedback, performance metrics and subsequent improvements • Build innovative trading and investing services used by millions of investors to build wealth

🎯 Requirements

• A product or a set of features you shipped yourself and can walk through in detail, including where it broke • Enough technical understanding to read documentation, follow a data flow and reason about system behaviour with engineers • Ability to query data yourself and explain every figure quoted • Evidence of regular use of AI in product work, including best practices • Product or fintech experience is expected based on the application form’s financial/fintech experience question • Ability to work in or near the listed locations, subject to work-permit or visa sponsorship requirements
