📋 Description

• This is a hands-on, in-store execution role. • You will spend the majority of your time on the retail floor — visiting dealers, building relationships with store staff, landing sell-in orders, and making Traeger impossible to ignore in your market. • As a Field Sales Representative, you will be on the ground every week building genuine partnerships with our retail accounts, driving sell-in, and growing Traeger's presence on the shop floor. • Extensive field travel is required — you will be on the road visiting dealers regularly, including overnight travel. • You must own the shop floor and own the shop employee.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, territory sales, or retail account management — consumer goods, outdoor/hardlines, or sporting goods experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated ability to drive sell-in: you can walk into a store, build rapport with a buyer or manager, and leave with an order or commitment • Comfortable spending the majority of your workweek in the field — this role is not office-based • Strong verbal communication and relationship-building skills; you are confident presenting to store managers, buyers, and shop staff • Organized and self-directed; able to manage a multi-account territory without heavy supervision • Proven track record of hitting sales targets • Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel overnight regularly within California and Arizona • Physically able to be on your feet for extended periods of time and lift 50+ lbs — you will be moving grills, equipment, and event materials regularly • Bachelor's degree preferred, but equivalent field sales experience is equally valued — we care about what you've done, not just your credentials.
