📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing FP&A team • Own and evolve the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes • Drive the transformation of FP&A processes, tools, and ways of working • Champion process improvement, automation, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions • Deliver clear, forward-looking financial insight and performance analysis • Oversee monthly management reporting and financial commentary • Partner closely with Data and Analytics teams to improve financial reporting • Act as a trusted senior Finance partner across the business

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading FP&A teams within a technology, marketplace, consumer, or other fast-paced commercial environment • Strong experience leading finance transformation initiatives, including process redesign, systems implementation, or operating model change • Expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and driver-based modelling • Strong commercial judgment and a deep understanding of business performance, customer behaviour, and operational decisions • Experience building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders • A collaborative and people-focused leadership style • Comfort working in evolving, fast-moving environments • A recognised accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
