📋 Description

• Provide high quality customer support via multiple channels in Spanish, Portuguese and English • Respond to customer queries in a timely, accurate and professional manner • Offer clear solution and guidance • Handle complaints with empathy and patience • Contribute to the project’s success by sharing knowledge and working closely with colleagues • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases • Work on rotating shifts, 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday

🎯 Requirements

• C1 or native written and spoken proficiency in Spanish and Portuguese • Good command of English (B1 or higher) • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset • Ability to quickly learn, adapt and handle change in a fast-paced environment • Good computer skills and confidence using multiple systems • Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple interactions • Positive attitude and willingness to deliver a brilliant customer experience
