• Webinar program : own end-to-end — topic sourcing, speaker invites, registration pages, emails to participants, dry runs, live moderation, post-event nurturing. • Influencer & affiliate deals : identify niche creators in Telegram, Instagram, LinkedIn (language schools, expat vloggers), negotiate rates/CPAs, manage briefs, track performance. • Strategic partnerships : co-market with relocation lawyers, tech bootcamps, and German language platforms. • Events calendar : 2 webinars/month plus offline events, podcast invitations
🎯 Requirements
• 2–3 yrs in events, partnerships, or influencer marketing with measurable pipeline impact • Fluent English (B2+) and Russian (C2) • Organized in chaos: juggle multiple events, contracts, and promo schedules without dropping details. • Experience with tooling around webinar organisation or with email marketing tools like Mailchimp
