• Manage around 190 properties across Newquay and wider North Cornwall • Grow bookings and revenue across the portfolio • Ensure properties have accurate, appealing and commercially effective descriptions • Maintain high-quality, well-staged photography and highlight key selling features • Create and recommend pricing strategies using data, competitor insight and performance trends • Monitor booking pace to maximise revenue and occupancy • Identify opportunities to improve property performance and portfolio results • Act as the trusted point of contact for regional homeowners • Build lasting professional relationships with property owners • Provide updates, property visits and performance reviews • Identify issues through guest feedback, reviews and performance data • Manage challenging conversations and find positive solutions • Support homeowner events and engagement activities • Recommend décor updates, upgrades and high-impact features • Suggest ways to improve property marketability, including allowing dogs or adding amenities • Identify and remove barriers to bookings • Review Property Quality Scores and advise homeowners on improvements • Work with owners to raise property standards and flag properties unable to meet required quality standards • Collaborate with New Business to onboard new owners smoothly • Stay current with relevant industry legislation and requirements • Encourage homeowner referrals and champion company culture • Manage time across a geographically diverse portfolio • Prioritise health, safety and welfare • Work with internal teams to deliver results for homeowners and guests • Travel regularly across properties within approximately 50 miles of Newquay
• Account management experience • Strong ability to understand, analyse and interpret data • Results-driven approach focused on achieving and exceeding targets • Excellent communication, relationship-building and influencing skills • Customer-focused approach with experience managing a varied customer base • Confident IT skills, including Excel and Outlook • Good knowledge of property and strong regional awareness of the Newquay and North Cornwall area • Proactive problem-solving, organisation and time-management skills • Ability to work independently while following processes and procedures effectively • Full driving licence and access to suitable transport for regular regional travel • Flexibility to work a small number of scheduled weekends • Desirable: experience in holiday letting, hospitality or real estate • Desirable: knowledge of the holiday property industry • Desirable: photography, styling or interior design experience • Desirable: knowledge of the local tourism market and key destinations across North Cornwall
