📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the month-end process, including reporting, commentary, journals, and managing recharges • Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting process • Partner closely with UK Commercial teams • Research budget variances for improvement opportunities • Drive intellectual growth • Support implementation of new FP&A system for better analytical capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Fully qualified CIMA, ACCA, or ACA professional • Degree in finance, economics, or related field • Expert financial modeller with experience in P&L management and analysis • Data-literate storyteller who can translate large data sets into clear conclusions • Strategic communicator that engages cross-functional teams • Adaptable problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments • Continuous improvement champion
