📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for specific qualified accounts and be accountable for overall program health, maturation, governance, and growth opportunities • Align with customer stakeholders on short- and long-term objectives, KPIs, metrics, and methods to achieve objectives • Measure program success using KPIs and targets, avoid revenue churn, and support account growth with sales counterparts • Work with support team members as an internal customer advocate while managing governance against contractual obligations • Be accountable for monthly business reviews and collaborate on quarterly business reviews • Lead creation of Account Plans defining objectives, projects, KPIs, progress, and accountable parties • Manage monthly business reviews and support quarterly business reviews for continuous improvement and program maturity • Identify growth opportunities and establish growth strategies and value propositions with Account Manager/Executive • Establish executive, management, and operational customer relationships • Monitor and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution • Strive for customer references • Facilitate product adoption with end-user competency • Support change management for new products or services • Provide leadership and support to operations teams supporting customer health

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience directly managing customer relationships • 3+ years logistics and supply chain industry experience • 2+ years sales and account management experience • Proven ability to lead and facilitate customer meetings and workshops • Excel at engaging colleagues and encouraging input from them • Exhibits high degree of communication with internal and external stakeholders • Driven to move others to action • Strong sense of accountability and project management • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-divisionally with others in a time sensitive and team environment • Proficient in MS Office applications
