📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal or external customers/end users • Gather business requirements, conduct needs assessments, and develop functional specifications • Communicate requirements through specifications, statements of work, project plans, and other documentation • Coordinate with developers, quality assurance teams, and users for process testing and user acceptance • Create BRDs, FRDs, process maps, data flows, system interaction documentation, user guides, and training materials • Translate business needs into functional specifications for system enhancements and workflow changes • Troubleshoot user issues and escalate as needed • Assist with project planning, execution, and closure of organizational initiatives • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and implement processes • Conduct data and transactional analysis to identify trends, gaps, root causes, and improvement opportunities affecting O2C performance • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and healthcare industry standards • Provide hands-on support for business systems, especially order processing and customer fulfillment • Assist with configuration updates and operational tasks • Support system testing, validation, UAT, go-live monitoring, and system enhancements • Build and maintain operational reports and dashboards • Work with third-party vendors and internal developers on system integrations • Help train end users on new functionality and system updates

🎯 Requirements

• 10–15+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in healthcare or a related industry • 10 years of experience in OTC processes and applications in healthcare • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems/MIS, or a related field • Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition • Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies • Experience with Agile project management methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with technical teams and business users • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
