β’ 3+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting, ideally in startups, SaaS, or tech consultancies. β’ Experience running high-volume messaging campaigns using tools like Seekout, Gem, or LinkedIn Recruiter. β’ Comfortable navigating complex technical profiles (think Kubernetes, GraphQL, multi-agent AI) and speaking credibly to engineers. β’ Track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill or senior technical roles. β’ Creative approach to outreach with personalized, value-driven, and authentic messages β’ Strong organizational chops with an eye on funnel metrics and pipeline health.
