📋 Description

• Own and manage multiple products and opportunities simultaneously • Set product strategies, priorities and roadmaps based on customer value, business impact and evidence • Incubate and validate new ideas from hypothesis and demand validation through MVP/POC to scaled development • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle with Engineering and Design • Build, test and iterate quickly, deciding when to scale, pivot or stop • Engage directly with customers and use behavioural data, market insight and demand signals to identify problems and validate opportunities • Develop product briefs translating customer problems into requirements, assumptions, success measures and trade-offs • Leverage AI tools and agents for research, analysis, prototyping, validation and iteration • Communicate product direction, decisions, progress and risks to internal and external stakeholders • Work with customers and partners to shape opportunities and influence broader product strategy • Drive innovation in Web3 through products and opportunities within the Tezos ecosystem

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth tech company (blockchain experience preferred) • Experience formulating and driving a product-focused vision • Experience owning the narrative with leadership, customers and partners • Comfortable working with AI coding/agent tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar • Technical/engineering fluency sufficient to read and understand code, reason about feasibility and trade-offs, and collaborate with engineering • Passion for the crypto space and awareness of market trends and developments • Strong understanding of design best practices • Experience with agile development methodologies • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Ability to work from the stated remote location • Required resume submission • Required response describing experience building trading platforms or exchanges
