📋 Description

• Managing and growing the existing business relationships with a clearly defined set of existing customers based in Europe • Identifying cross-selling, upselling, and renewal opportunities • Responsible for a defined customers portfolio across all industries • Taking inquiries and requests from customers and addressing their needs • Engaging with different stakeholders on a daily basis (e.g., logistics, IT, procurement, senior management) • Generating progress reports and keeping each opportunity up-to-date in the CRM system

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in selling logistics and/or logistics SaaS complex solutions • Proven successful track record of exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback • A farmer but also a hunter mentality to execute a suitable and feasible plan to grow revenue with key accounts in your territories • The ability to work conceptually and connect quickly with new people and build trust and rapport easily • Proficiency in English and German is mandatory
