📋 Description

• Lead and inspire a professional sales team to exceed monthly targets and annual quotas within the construction technology sector • Discover new market opportunities through networking with industry leaders and cultivating strategic B2B relationships • Partner with technical pre-sales experts to design and execute account plans that acquire high-value new customers • Represent Trimble at major industry events and build relationships with technology partners and associations • Join the sales team for on-site client discoveries and high-stakes demonstrations across North America • Drive strategic growth for the New Logo Sales division • Mentor and develop sales team members

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in a software environment • At least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity • Ability to influence and communicate effectively with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders • Strong background in account management, including strategic networking • Experience developing and adapting sales tactics based on market trends and customer feedback • Valid driver's license • Ability to travel 30–40% to support field operations • Deep knowledge of North American AEC industry workflows (bonus) • Experience managing remote or geographically dispersed sales teams (bonus) • Technical background or degree in a field related to construction or business technology (bonus)
