• Architect and build new features to be used by thousands of publishers every day • Fine-tune and scale the platform to accommodate millions of podcast downloads every day • Fix bugs and improve system reliability
🎯 Requirements
• Solid understanding of C#, .NET, ASP.Net core, and web application development • Solid understanding of SQL databases • Experience writing unit tests, code refactoring, improving code performance, managing production applications • Experience building, shipping, and being responsible for maintaining production apps • Familiarity with the common tools (Octopus Deploy, Github Actions, NUnit, Moq, Profilers, Visual Studio, ReSharper) • Proficiency with git source control and GitHub • Bonus: Experience using NoSQL databases (Redis) • Bonus: Experience with designing for scalable infrastructure and cloud computing (Azure, Amazon) • Bonus: Experience with devops tooling (New Relic, OpsGenie) • Bonus: Experience with media frameworks (ffmpeg, MP3 codec, waveforms) • Bonus: Mentioning the word pineapple in the resume email subject line • Bonus: Experience with frontend frameworks and tooling (TypeScript, JavaScript, React, Vue, npm, gulp, webpack) • Bonus: Experience or a passion for podcasting/radio/audio
