📋 Description

• Develop and maintain backend services in Ruby. • Build and enhance frontend features with React + TypeScript. • Collaborate with the Product team on refining and exploring new tasks. • Contribute to partner integrations and enhance the member experience. • Own testing and quality, including Playwright end-to-end automation. • Work in a collaborative, startup-style culture with proactive problem-solving.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack engineering experience. • Proficiency in Ruby, React, and TypeScript. • Strong knowledge of AWS and Postgres. • Hands-on experience with end-to-end testing and automation (including Playwright). • Startup mindset: proactive, collaborative, passion for tech, low ego. • Ability to work closely with a Tech Lead and integrate into a Scrum team. • Based in Latin America (application asks “Are you currently based in Latin America?”).
