📋 Description

• Act as the key technical point of contact for strategic customers • Own the discovery process to uncover business objectives and technical requirements • Run technical demonstrations and proofs of concept • Partner with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery • Translate technical and business requirements into scalable solutions • Lead technical engagements from discovery and solution design through evaluation • Advise customers on identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations • Ensure customers realize maximum value from Trulioo’s digital identity verification platform • Contribute to internal knowledge and technical excellence • Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and decision-making

🎯 Requirements

• Proven ability to simplify complex concepts and deliver effective product demonstrations • Ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels • Knowledge of identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations • Strong API expertise, including REST, API design, OAuth, API keys, JSON, and XML • Ability to work independently and cross-functionally with distributed teams • Written and verbal English proficiency required • Post-Secondary Degree or combination of desired experience and education • 3–5 years of experience in a Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consultant, or Implementation Specialist role • Experience in identity verification, compliance, or fintech industries is a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment • Familiarity with JSON, RESTful APIs, and native and web-based SDKs is desirable • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools is a bonus
