📋 Description

• Own growth analytics for new member revenue squads, covering the acquisition funnel, conversion and product usage • Identify data opportunities and turn them into recommendations that influence product development • Lead instrumentation for new features, defining tracking, success metrics and guardrail metrics before launch • Design and run end-to-end A/B and multivariate product experiments, from hypothesis through decision-ready insight • Set experimentation standards across product squads • Build dashboards and self-serve reporting for stakeholders • Challenge assumptions and provide analytical input on product and commercial decisions • Mentor other analysts and raise analytical standards in SQL, experimentation and data storytelling

🎯 Requirements

• Solid product analytics experience in a subscription, marketplace, SaaS or platform business • Ability to own end-to-end analysis for a product area with minimal direction • Advanced SQL • dbt experience is a genuine plus • Understanding of user event tracking, such as Segment, Amplitude or Mixpanel • Ability to define events for new product features and future analysis • Solid understanding and practical experience with experimentation, including hypothesis design, A/B testing, multivariate testing and statistical significance • Fluency in product metrics including conversion, activation and churn • Strong data storytelling for product managers and CFOs • Product instincts and ability to generate ideas • Python or R for advanced modelling or automation is a nice to have • Experience integrating AI tools into analytical workflows is a nice to have • Must be UK-based and comply as a UK tax resident
