📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and conduct professional Covert Testing at airports and Critical National Infrastructure establishments across the United Kingdom • Direct day-to-day delivery of covert test activity at assigned sites within the CT department delivery plan • Escalate legislative interpretation issues, significant compliance findings, and deviations from the delivery plan to the CT Manager • Quality-assure own reporting before client release • Submit accurate test reports via SeMS ST • Plan test delivery at aviation and CNI sites in line with the department delivery plan • Maintain working knowledge of aviation and CNI site security disciplines, legislative amendments, and control of test pieces • Assist in training and mentoring new Team Leaders or Team Members • Maintain document control, including test piece sign in/out, SeMS ST reporting, boarding card issue and receipt, and vehicle documentation • Verify certified reporting before client access • Use AI-assisted tools for report drafting, quality checks, and record keeping • Use digital scheduling and planning tools to coordinate test delivery • Participate in the internal AI community of practice and share relevant efficiencies

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive working knowledge of UK aviation and CNI security legislation • Demonstrable experience conducting covert testing or security compliance assurance in aviation or CNI environments • Experience working professionally and diligently in a field-based operational setting • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK, including holding a full driving licence • Previous experience within airport or CNI security operations • Recognised security, audit, or training qualification (e.g. NVQ in Security, instructor certification)
