📋 Description

• Plan, implement, and conduct professional Covert Testing at airports and Critical National Infrastructure establishments across the United Kingdom • Plan and direct day-to-day covert test activity at assigned sites • Escalate legislative interpretation issues, significant compliance findings, and delivery-plan deviations to the CT Manager • Submit accurate test reports via SeMS ST • Plan test delivery in line with the CT department delivery plan • Maintain working knowledge of aviation and CNI site security disciplines, legislative amendments, and test-piece control • Assist in training and mentoring new Team Leaders or Team Members • Maintain document control procedures, including test-piece sign in/out, SeMS ST reporting, boarding-card issue and receipt, and vehicle documentation • Quality-assure completed test reports and verify certified reporting before client access • Coordinate with CT Coordinators, the Quality Assurance team, site operators, regulatory bodies, and clients

🎯 Requirements

• Comprehensive working knowledge of UK aviation and CNI security legislation • Demonstrable experience conducting covert testing or security compliance assurance in aviation or CNI environments • Experience working professionally and diligently in a field-based operational setting • Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the UK • Full UK Driving Licence (Manual & Automatic) • Candidate to be based in the London area • Ability to pass a full 5 year background check including Criminal Record Check and Counter Terrorism Check • Right to Work in the UK • Previous experience within airport or CNI security operations (desirable) • Recognised security, audit, or training qualification, e.g. NVQ in Security or instructor certification (desirable)
