• Servicing customers on contractual policy change and disbursement requests • Researching and resolving customer requests and inquiries • Entering semi-routine client/customer updates into the appropriate system • Providing back-up support to Call Center • Collaborating with internal partners to reach resolution

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 2 – 4 years of related experience • Knowledge of company products • Ability to interpret policy provisions • Knowledge of administrative procedures
