📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Ruby on Rails to design, develop, and maintain efficient, scalable backend systems. • In this role, you will collaborate with front-end developers, build and optimize APIs (RESTful/GraphQL), and enhance overall system architecture to support a legacy site. • You will also be responsible for ensuring database integrity, debugging applications, and working with cloud services like AWS or Heroku.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7+ years of experience as a Backend Developer, with a strong focus on Ruby • Experience managing a team of developers to deliver large projects • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs or GraphQL services • Proficiency with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) • Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git or similar tool) • Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Heroku, or similar platforms • Strong written and verbal English communication skills • Ability to work EST
