• Create & communicate incentive plans for sales associates & leaders • Manage the incentive budget • Lead huddles to drive excitement • Engage with employees heavily in chat • Develop and implement strategies to engage sales agents • Build and maintain strong relationships with sales agents • Train sales agents on product knowledge and compliance requirements • Monitor sales agent performance and provide feedback • Collaborate with marketing and product teams
