⢠Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field ⢠3+ years of HR experience with focus on operations, process improvement, or technology ⢠3+ years working with Workday HCM as a functional user ⢠Experience leading process improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies) ⢠Strong analytical and problem-solving skills ⢠Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders ⢠Project management experience managing multiple initiatives ⢠Understanding of HR operations and service delivery best practices ⢠Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR) preferred ⢠Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) preferred ⢠Experience with AI implementation or HR technology projects preferred ⢠Background in change management or organizational development preferred ⢠Familiarity with employee experience platforms and journey mapping preferred
