• Provide 1:1 or small-group mentorship sessions for students and graduates pursuing Civil Engineering careers. • Offer career guidance on topics such as CV/portfolio building, interview strategy, and job applications. • Share technical insights into Civil Engineering roles, industry trends, and project experience. • Participate in mock interviews, career workshops, or informal chats with mentees. • Maintain professional, positive communication with mentees and our support team.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or a related field. • 2+ years of professional experience in Civil/Structural/Infrastructure/Construction Engineering. • Strong communication and mentoring skills. • Passion for helping others grow and succeed in their careers. • Reliable internet connection and availability for online sessions.
