âą Own the end-to-end relationship for a portfolio of key accounts, acting as a trusted advisor to ensure their success and health âą Proactively identify opportunities to expand the use of Tulip\'s platform within existing accounts, manage contract renewals and support commercial expansion in collaboration with Sales âą Strategically guide customers to leverage Tulip for operational improvements by recommending use cases and tracking and communicating a clear, measurable return on their investment âą Coordinate across internal teams such as Product, Engineering, Sales, and Professional Services to address customer needs and influence the product roadmap âą Help build and improve internal processes and content, creating mechanisms to scale up and mature the Customer Success function
