📋 Description

• Provide consulting services to an assigned market or client account • Manage high-volume retail banking construction projects involving HVAC, roofing, parking lots, and related upgrades • Manage projects through planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout • Prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, milestones, quality controls, and risk identification • Define project delivery resources and conduct requests for proposals and bid evaluations • Recommend resources to clients • Implement project documentation governance and maintain accurate project data • Direct project delivery teams and provide guidance • Create action plans to meet objectives, budgets, and schedules • Track project progress and report status and variances • Identify threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans • Coach others and share knowledge • Explain difficult or sensitive information to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred • 5-8 years of relevant experience • In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered • LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designations preferred • Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple information sources • Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset • Sophisticated math skills, including percentages, fractions, and financial calculations • Ability to work remotely in the Pacific Time Zone
