• Define the strategy for evolving the portfolio of content aimed at HR and Organizational Development; • Identify real needs and pain points of HR clients (HR analysts, HRBPs, coordinators, managers and HR directors); • Conduct market analyses, trend research and HR benchmarks; • Carry out research, interviews, validations and discovery sessions with HR professionals; • Prioritize critical topics for the area: leadership, performance, climate, culture, engagement, competencies, cultural fit, internal communication, feedback debriefs, management rituals, etc.; • Develop and validate content related to HR tests, diagnostics and surveys; • Collaborate with the Product team to support enhancements and new educational solutions for People Management; • Propose frameworks, scripts and methodologies for applying the content; • Evaluate results of climate, engagement, competencies and employee experience; • Translate data into narratives, content and educational recommendations; • Assist in the development of content based on behavioral analysis and psychometric tests (non-clinical); • Select and evaluate partners working on HR, L&D and leadership topics; • Validate deliverables with technical and methodological rigor; • Map recognized specialists and vendors to compose the portfolio; • Generate value propositions specific to HR audiences; • Create competitive differentiators considering the vocabulary, needs and arguments of the HR area; • Analyze adoption drivers, objections and behavioral patterns of HR clients; • Support Marketing and Sales with messaging, insights and positioning aimed at People Managers; • Lead and develop the content team; • Ensure consistency, quality and technical depth in materials; • Evolve processes and educational best practices.
• Strong experience in HR, Human & Organizational Development (HOD) or Organizational Development; • Experience with HR content (diagnostics, surveys, training, rituals and methodologies); • Deep knowledge of HR audiences (from analysts to directors); • Previous experience with corporate education or learning content; • Proficiency in data analysis and structured decision-making; • Degree in Psychology, Education/Pedagogy, Business Administration, Human Resources or related fields.
