📋 Description

• Develop business and drive sales within the Small Business and Branch Banking segment for companies with less than $2.5M in revenues • Develop a pipeline of opportunities through self-sourced prospecting • Partner with Business Banking Specialists and Branch colleagues • Focus sales efforts in the small business environment • Work as an individual contributor in a sales position

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel • Thorough knowledge of product marketing, client service issues and organization operations • Strong marketing, business development/sales and negotiating skills • Ability to creatively resolve client concerns and issues • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills • Candidates must reside within reasonable distance to Boise to be eligible • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies
