📋 Description

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React. • Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to transform concepts into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, contributing to the technical planning and prioritization of the team's roadmap. • Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code, adhering to best practices in frontend development. • Optimize applications for maximum speed and performance across various devices and platforms. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to ensure a smooth user experience. • Work with backend engineers to integrate frontend components with our microservices architecture. • Actively participate in code reviews, and drive technical design discussions to foster best-in-class software engineering practices. • Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement. • Champion the growth of junior engineers by providing dedicated mentorship and actively guiding their technical development. • Act as a key driver of team efficiency by facilitating daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies, ensuring smooth delivery within an Agile framework. • Support the team's growth by driving the technical onboarding of new engineers and contributing to our overall hiring process.

🏖️ Benefits

• 6+ years of experience as a frontend engineer with strong proficiency in React. • Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3. • Strong understanding of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility. • Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. • Familiarity with modern frontend build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (Git). • Experience working in Agile environments, preferably in a Scrum team. • Nice-to-have experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library). • Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices (WCAG). • Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques. • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools.
