📋 Description
• Maintain interior (and some exterior) planting schemes to a consistently high standard • Watering, pruning, trimming plants and ensuring they have the optimal light conditions • Manage daily schedules and routes efficiently across central London sites • Build strong, professional relationships with clients on-site • Ensure all work aligns with company quality standards and service expectations
🎯 Requirements
• Able to work independently with a structured, disciplined approach • Confident in client-facing environments • High attention to detail and commitment to quality • Able to travel across Central London on a daily basis • A passion for gardening/horticulture • Strong communication skills and initiative.
