📋 Description

• Work with mid-market accounts across different industries in Taiwan. • Operate as a senior position engaging with C-Suite decision makers for top commercial accounts in Taiwan. • Achieve set sales targets and outcomes within quarterly schedule. • Present, promote and sell UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach. • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally. • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory. • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations. • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and Customer Success groups to ensure customer receives maximum value throughout lifecycle. • Monitor industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand customer needs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ Years of experience selling business solutions directly to commercial companies in Taiwan. • Successful quota attainment year-over-year, growing an enterprise client portfolio through new business acquisition and account expansion. • High aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influence, both internally and externally. • Ability to work with a client organization and identify important people across many departments and different levels of leadership. • Data-oriented approach to territory and account planning, as well as personal performance. • Use of MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies to ensure accuracy in forecasting. • Fluency in Mandarin & English.
