• Support the commercial team and contribute to its success across the full lifecycle of each project • Support contract management in line with JCT and NEC 3/4 (Options A & C) • Support subcontractor negotiations, payments, and performance tracking • Deliver accurate and timely completed works measures and billing processes • Produce monthly Cost Value Reconciliation and generate Earned Value Analysis reports • Maintain robust commercial documentation
• Experience with NHF SoR Rates or similar Bespoke SoR Rates • Familiarity with the construction industry • 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) at 9-4 (grade C or above), including Maths, English, and ideally a Science • Any previous Level 4 related qualification or equivalent discipline is advantageous • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong emphasis on Excel • Basic understanding of standard methods of measurement • Strong numerical and analytical skills • Ability to produce accurate work under tight deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Enthusiasm, commitment, and flexibility • Willingness to take responsibility for own development and extend knowledge of software packages • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Previous experience in the construction industry is desirable • Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel as required
