• Manage full-cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience • Build a pipeline of top talent through researching and sourcing candidates • Qualify candidates for technical and cultural fit • Manage relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal partners • Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced in in-house full-cycle recruiting within multinational hi-tech corporations • Demonstrable track record in recruiting for a variety of non-tech/tech roles and levels • Experience with project-based or high-volume recruitment • Proficiently handle multiple tasks with precision, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines • Experience leading hiring strategy across multiple global business units and regions
