• Provide Tier 2–3 remote support to customers and Field Services teams through calls, tickets, and internal communication platforms. • Troubleshoot fixed wireless PTP/PTMP equipment and link issues. • Support routing and switching environments using Cisco and MikroTik equipment. • Perform proactive and reactive network monitoring and maintenance. • Execute configuration-level changes while following established approval processes. • Utilize ticketing systems, hardware configuration interfaces, and controller software to manage customer and network needs. • Document troubleshooting steps, configurations, engineering updates, and network designs clearly and accurately. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely, high-quality resolution of customer issues. • Participate in an on-call rotation for escalations and after-hours emergencies.
• 3+ years of hands-on networking or fixed wireless support experience. • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (non-negotiable). • Strong troubleshooting abilities across Layer 2/3 networks. • 2+ years of experience with routing protocols. • Experience with Tarana, Ubiquiti, or similar fixed wireless platforms (PTP/PTMP). • Proficiency with Cisco IOS and/or MikroTik RouterOS. • Ability to work independently during U.S. business hours (PST). • Preferred Certifications (any of the following): CCNA / CCNP / CCIE MTCNA / MTCRE / MTCINE JNCIS-SP / JNCIE UEWA.
