đź“‹ Description

• Prospect, develop, and manage a sales pipeline focused on companies with less than $2.5 million in annual revenue • Execute merchant sales strategies within the Small Business segment • Plan and execute successful sales campaigns to drive growth • Provide regular activity reporting and progress updates to leadership • Build, grow, and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders and bank partners

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience • Three to five years of relevant sales experience • Ability to travel • Five to eight years of relevant sales experience preferred • Strong knowledge of product marketing, client service, and organizational operations • Proven marketing, business development, sales, and negotiation skills • Strong sales acumen with demonstrated experience managing and advancing a sales pipeline • Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues effectively and creatively • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines simultaneously • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Strong customer service orientation with consistent follow-up • Demonstrated experience in payment processing; Merchant Services sales experience strongly preferred • Experience with Point of Sale (POS) software and systems preferred • Proficiency using Salesforce to manage opportunities and track sales activity • Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building skills • Proven track record of achievement, competitiveness, motivation, integrity, and enthusiasm
