• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development. • Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly. • Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions. • Passionate about nutrition and wellness. • Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech.
