📋 Description

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for applicants. • Drive applicant engagement through proactive outreach and timely follow-ups. • Lead outbound recruiting efforts to high priority prospects. • Manage the recruiting inbox and respond to applicant questions. • Track and analyze key recruiting metrics. • Collaborate to create feedback loops that improve candidate experience. • Make process improvements based on feedback to improve recruiting experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting or outbound sales development. • Hyper-organized and skilled at managing a high-volume process. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Can learn new processes and assume ownership quickly. • Strong problem-solver who can think on your feet and offer creative solutions. • Passionate about nutrition and wellness. • Experience in fast-paced start-ups, particularly in healthcare operations, telehealth, SaaS, or tech.
