📋 Description

• Identify internal and external databases to connect within multiple data warehouse tools. • Work with external database administrators and the broader data support team to connect datasets using APIs, Power Apps, or Bots. • Maintain data synchronizations and sync quality. • Structure large datasets to find usable information through mapping. • Design, develop, and modify data infrastructure to accelerate data analysis and reporting. • Maintain data management plans and operating instructions for complex business systems. • Evaluate database changes against business requirements and design documents. • Map and join disparate datasets using Palantir Foundry pipelines, Advana, and Power BI DAX. • Update the data architecture/model as needed. • Construct Power Automate flows. • Develop methods for joining disparate datasets to produce meaningful insights. • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data. • Establish KPIs to measure business decision effectiveness. • Develop Power BI dashboards to showcase analysis.

🎯 Requirements

• Active and adjudicated Secret clearance required. • Bachelor’s degree required. • US Citizenship required. • Minimum five years of experience working with large amounts of data. • Experience building AI agents and using AI to produce outcomes. • Knowledge of data management and reporting/data visualization technologies, including Power BI, Databricks, and Palantir Products. • Ability to work in high-pressure situations. • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Experience working in the Federal/DoD IT environment preferred. • Experience in IT and financial data management or USAF Financials preferred. • Coding skills in Python, R, SQL, or other languages are a plus. • Experience with statistical software preferred. • Experience with automated connections to multiple systems preferred. • Experience finding inefficiencies and deploying automated solutions preferred. • Financial systems knowledge preferred. • Technical writing skills preferred. • Knowledge of modern database and information technologies preferred. • SharePoint design and administration preferred.
