📋 Description

• Deliver technical design for high-end hospitality projects, ensuring buildability and coordination • Develop and manage coordinated **Revit models and construction documentation** • Coordinate architecture with structural, MEP, and interiors using **BIM / Navisworks** • Resolve multidisciplinary clashes and propose practical technical solutions • Prepare tender and construction-stage documentation aligned with codes and specifications • Maintain quality control of models and drawings; flag risks early • Support façade and system detailing based on construction logic • Collaborate with procurement on technical specifications and materials • Guide BIM modelers and contribute to internal technical standards and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture • 5 to 10 years of experience in architectural design • Experience working on low-rise residential and hospitality projects - private homes and villas, hotels and resorts • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Nawisworks • Professional level of English, both written and verbal • Portfolio is a must
