📋 Description
• Manage inbound calls from existing UW customers, landlords, and new occupiers • Meet call handling KPIs such as a minimum of 5 calls per hour • Hit sales targets such as New Occupier Move In or Retention conversion % • Go through outstanding tasks and call backs • Attend training and upskilling sessions • Participate in team huddles
