📋 Description

• Source, collate, and write high-quality tenders and proposals across compliance service disciplines • Tailor tender submissions to align the service offering with customers’ requirements • Liaise with internal key personnel across Operating Companies to gather evidence • Own each submission from start to finish in a deadline-driven environment • Include clear customer benefits, company policies, and procedures in tender submissions • Write engaging case studies and method statements • Critically analyse tender documentation • Lead kick-off meetings, present storyboards, and identify evidence for compelling submissions • Prepare and present to prospective customers when presentations are required • Develop tender submissions, proposals, company brochures, and other documentation • Proofread documentation before review • Manage client-company communication through tender portals • Create graphics to support tender responses

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstratable experience in a bid writing role • Capable of working in a deadline driven environment • Excellent written communication skills and grammar • Ability to organise workload with effective time management • IT Literate • APMP Qualification (desirable) • Degree in an associated field such as English or Journalism (desirable)
