📋 Description

• Define the target architecture and roadmap for IaaS services across private, public, and hybrid cloud environments • Establish service catalogs, reusable infrastructure patterns, tenancy models, quotas, policy controls, and lifecycle standards • Guide integration among compute, networking, storage, IAM, security, monitoring, configuration, and service-management capabilities • Promote infrastructure as code, automated provisioning, immutable patterns, and repeatable environment creation • Define requirements for availability, resilience, backup, disaster recovery, observability, support, and service-level performance • Establish guardrails for security, compliance, resource governance, tagging, consumption management, and cost allocation • Lead platform onboarding, migration, adoption, and continuous improvement across engineering and application teams • Measure provisioning time, adoption, reliability, utilization, incident trends, and cost to demonstrate platform value
