📋 Description

• You are responsible for all processes related to your assigned locations • You are responsible for payroll in your area of responsibility in Personio, including the associated pre- and post-processing • You jointly support digital applicant management within the HR team • You handle all written correspondence, including drafting employment contracts and amendments, issuing references/certificates, and general correspondence • You act as a point of contact for employees and advise managers on all HR matters related to the employment relationship • Together with your colleagues, you ensure the implementation of statutory and collective bargaining regulations • Maintain master data in Personio

• You possess the competent specialist knowledge required for the tasks listed above • You have attention to detail and strong concentration skills • You have experience in HR or applicant management • You are resilient and highly organized, with a quick grasp and an independent working style • You are reliable and have a friendly manner • You have good communication skills and good written and spoken German • A structured, careful and independent way of working is as natural to you as a strong customer and service orientation
