📋 Description

• Map and maintain journeys for CEOs and founders, client administrators, end users, and the deployment team • Observe client rollouts and installation sessions, identify usability problems, and prioritise them for engineering • Define and track activation, adoption, and time-to-first-value experience metrics • Design core desktop app surfaces, including daily brief, meetings library, calendar, and chat • Design the mobile app and admin panel • Design onboarding from first installation through data-source connection and first useful answer • Write specifications and prototypes for engineers and AI agents • Review shipped work and send it back when the experience is not right • Build the Valis design system from scratch and maintain it in the codebase • Own in-app notifications, release notes, user guides, and trainings • Tailor product communications for CEOs and employees

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in product design, including 3+ years owning the experience of a B2B SaaS product end to end • Portfolio showing complex products made simple, including data-heavy tools, admin and permission flows, and desktop and mobile apps • Strong UX and UI skills, including research, journey mapping, information architecture, and high-quality visual and interaction design • Experience building a design system from scratch and getting engineers to adopt it • Experience designing onboarding and in-product communication, with measurable results • Hands-on daily use of AI tools such as Claude, Claude Code, or similar • Ability to write specifications an AI agent can execute • Product-shaping mindset in a rapidly changing product environment • Fluent English • Nice to have: experience designing AI-native products, including assistants, agents, chat, or generated content • Nice to have: prototyping in React / TypeScript and working in GitHub alongside engineers • Nice to have: experience with enterprise users, including admins, IT, security, and access settings • Nice to have: good working knowledge of RU language
