• Deliver the implementation of Dayforce, including configuration, testing, and deployment • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Dayforce support teams • Manage and maintain a suite of HR technology which may include performance, engagement, and learning software • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Partner with vendors to understand their roadmap and communicate changes in the system back to the business • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HR systems • Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimization • Integrate HR technology solutions with other enterprise systems as needed • Ensure data integrity and security across all HR systems • Provide training and support to HR users
• Strong technical expertise in HR technology solutions such as Dayforce, Workday, Oracle, SAP Success Factors or similar • Experience leading off-the-shelf technology implementation and configuration • Experience using service desk technology to intake technical support • Experience delivering system training • An understanding of HR processes, automations and workflows • Fluent English language skills.
